Restore the shingles you already have

Redington Beach Roof Rejuvenation for Aging Asphalt Shingles

A plant-based treatment that soaks into dry, sun-baked shingles so they bend again and keep their granules, without the cost, noise and debris of a tear-off.

Why owners call us first

  • Made to add 5 to 7 years

The treatment is designed to stretch the working life of shingles that are aging but sound by five to seven years.

  • Nothing torn off

No dumpster in the driveway and no shingle scraps in the shrubs. The roof you have stays on.

  • A straight answer

If your shingles are past helping, you hear that on the first visit, before you spend anything.

  • Done in hours

Most homes are treated in a single dry morning or afternoon, and you can stay home while we work.

One service, done carefully

We do a single job: rejuvenating asphalt shingle roofs. That focus is the point. Every visit is about whether your shingles can be brought back, and how to do it without harming the roof or anything around it.

Asphalt Shingle Roof Rejuvenation

A plant-based treatment sprayed across aging asphalt shingles to bring back flexibility and help them hold their granules, so a sound roof keeps working longer.

See how the treatment works

What happens to shingles in the Florida sun

Asphalt shingles stay waterproof because the asphalt inside them is soft and slightly oily. Years of heat and ultraviolet light cook those oils out. The shingles go stiff, the protective granules come loose and wash into the gutters, and hairline cracks start where the shingles bend.

Rejuvenation puts oil back. The treatment is a plant-based blend sprayed evenly over the roof. It soaks into the asphalt rather than sitting on top, so the shingles regain flexibility and grip their granules again. It is not paint, and it is not a coating that hides problems.

Is your roof a good candidate?

Rejuvenation helps shingles that are tired but intact. It cannot rebuild a roof that has already failed.

Usually a good fit

  • Shingles still lie flat and are firmly attached
  • Color has faded and granules collect in the gutters
  • The roof does not leak today
  • The deck feels solid when walked

Not the right fix

  • An active leak or water stains on the ceiling
  • Missing, torn or badly curled shingles
  • Soft or sagging spots in the roof deck
  • Tile, metal or flat roofs

How we work on every roof

  • We tell you when it will not help

Some roofs are too far gone. We would rather lose the job than sell a treatment that will not do anything for you.

  • The price comes before the spray

You get the number after we have seen the roof, and it does not change on treatment day.

  • Plants, gutters and cars covered

We protect what sits below the roof line and keep the treatment off windows, siding and paving.

  • Clear on what to expect

On a roof in decent shape, expect roughly five to seven more years from the shingles. It will not stop a leak, and we say so.

From first call to a treated roof

  1. Talk it through

Tell us the age of the roof and what you are seeing. We will say whether a visit makes sense.

  2. We look at the shingles

We check flexibility, granule loss and any damage, then give you a yes or a no and a price.

  3. Treatment day

We cover the landscaping, then spray the roof in sections on a dry day. Most homes take a few hours.

  4. After the spray

The treatment soaks in over the following days. We walk you through what you will notice and what to watch.

Serving the beach towns of Pinellas County

Redington Beach sits in a thin line of gulf towns where roofs take full sun most of the year and salt air never really lets up. We work along that stretch and a short drive inland.

Questions owners ask before booking

How do I know if my roof is a candidate?

If the shingles still lie flat, the roof does not leak and the deck is solid, it is usually worth a look. Missing or curled shingles and soft spots mean treatment is not the right first step.

Can it rain soon after the treatment?

We only spray on a dry day with dry weather expected for the next few hours. Once it has had that time to soak in, ordinary rain does not wash it away.

How is the price worked out?

Mostly by roof size, pitch and condition. We give you the figure after looking at the roof, and it is typically a small share of what a full replacement would cost.

How long does treatment day take, and do I need to be home?

Most homes take a few hours. You do not need to be home, but we like a quick word before we start and after we finish.

Is the treatment safe around kids, pets and plants?

The blend is plant-based. We still cover plants and ask that pets stay inside while we spray, simply to keep paws and fur off a wet roof surface.

Will it stop a leak?

No. A leak needs a repair. Rejuvenation is for shingles that are aging but still keeping water out.

Will the roof need treating again later?

A second treatment can make sense a few years down the line if the shingles are still in good shape. We will tell you honestly when that time comes, or if it does not.

We are not a roofing company trying to sell you new shingles. We treat asphalt roofs that still have life in them, and we are happy to tell you when a roof needs something else instead.
