Shingle rejuvenation
Asphalt Shingle Roof Rejuvenation in Redington Beach
Bring flexibility back to sun-dried shingles and slow the granule loss that ages a roof, for a fraction of what replacement costs.

What the treatment does
Shingles fail slowly. Long before they leak, the asphalt inside them dries and stiffens, the granules that shield it from the sun start to wash away, and the surface turns brittle.
Rejuvenation reverses part of that drying. A plant-based blend is sprayed evenly across the roof and soaks down into the asphalt, putting back the oils that heat has taken out. The shingles bend instead of cracking and hold onto their granules for longer.
What you can reasonably expect
Five to seven more years
On shingles that are aging but sound, the treatment is designed to extend their working life by five to seven years.
Shingles that flex again
Treated shingles bend under a hand instead of snapping, which is what keeps them sealed through wind and heat.
Less granule loss
With the asphalt softened, granules stay put instead of ending up in your gutters.
How treatment day goes
Prep
We cover plants, gutters and anything below the eaves, and check the weather one more time.
Spray
The roof is treated slope by slope with an even, measured coat.
Check
We look over every section for even coverage and clean up any overspray.
Hand-over
We tell you what to expect over the next few days as the treatment soaks in.
